(NOT A SCHOOL AFFILIATED RAFFLE)
Tickets are $30.00 each
Drawings will be held on November 15, 2009
All tickets are eligible for each drawing; winning tickets remain eligible for all drawings throughout the duration of the raffle
In the event you are the winner in this raffle, but elect to NOT receive the awarded gun, the cash value of the gun can be exchanged for a gift certificate in the same exact amount, redeemable at Betty's Country Grocery
Firearms are new, factory made, with standard features; see firearm listing below

All guns are being purchased from Betty's Country Grocery in Walnut Cove, an authoized Bass Pro Shops Dealer.  Winning ticket holders will be contacted by a representative of the Tornado/Hornet/Falcon Football Organizations, using the contact information provided on the ticket stub.  In the event the Tornado Organization or Betty's Country Grocery is unable to contact the winner, it remains the winner's sole responsibility to claim prizes before January 15, 2010, only by presenting their ticket stub.  ALL PRIZES MUST BE CLAIMED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF DRAWING; ANY UNCLAIMED PRIZED WILL BE FORFEITED.

Ticket purchasers must be legal US residents and over the age of 18
All Federal and State laws and regulations regarding firearms apply
The Tornado/Hornet/Falcon Football Organizations will not take possession of any firearm in this raffle, winners will receive firearms directly from Betty's Country Grocery
The Tornado/Hornet/Falcon Football Organizations makes no warranties regarding any firearms and no representations regarding suitability of purpose for any firearm
The Tornado/Hornet/Falcon Football Organizations is released from any and all associated liability associated with the gun raffle, outside of the cost for tickets purchased
Raffle is void where prohibited
